Hodnocení nebezpečí silniční přepravy nebezpečných věcí cisternami

Abstract

The present master's thesis deals with carriage of dangerous goods in road tankers and in particular the assessment of danger related to implementation of such a carriage. The introductory part proposes general meaning of the contemporary road transport. Furthermore, dangerous goods and substances are defined pursuant to the valid legislature, transport of goods in road tankers is specified pursuant to the European Agreement ADR (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road) as well as the introductory part deals with causes of accidents and their consequences. This part is followed by practical introduction of depicted types of tankers and model scenarios of particular types of accidents occurring with dangerous goods. In the conclusion of the study, results of the performed model scenarios are assessed and possible discrepancies are compared subject to the particular software used. The objective of the present study is to evaluate severity of impacts of accidents with road tankers transporting dangerous goods and propose possible measures implemented for their efficient prevention.
