Posouzení ekonomické stability vybraných franchisových provozoven podniku v gastronomii

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the economic stability of the selected company during the period 2016-2023 using the methods of financial analysis. A specific aspect of the thesis is the fact that the selected company operates through franchising. The concept of franchising is described in the third chapter of this thesis as part of the company's characteristics. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis describes the theoretical-methodological foundations of evaluating the company's economic stability. In the practical part of the thesis are conducted horizontal and vertical analyses of the balance sheet and the profit and loss statement of the selected company for the observed period. Furthermore, ratio analysis is performed, using indicators of liquidity, profitability, financial stability, indebtedness, and activity. The practical part of the thesis concludes with a summary of the findings of the financial analysis and recommendations.
