Abstract
The aim of the thesis is to proposing of key performance indicators for manufacturing company. There are basic concepts explained - in theorecical part of thesis – for better clarification of the issue. Work describes measuring performance approaches as well as identifying key indicators. Practical part presents evaluated manufacturing company and the key indicators are proposed based on critical success factors, wich in turn are based on evaluation of company in six perspectives. In order to monitor the results of the indicators, the MS Excel template was specifically prepaired for the company.
