Analýza trhu práce a dlouhodobá nezaměstnanost v okrese

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the assessment of the situation on the labor market in the context of long-term unemployment in the given district in the period 2013-2017. The theoretical part contains the definition of basic terms related to labour market, unemployment and problematic groups most at risk of unemployment. This part also characterizes the instruments of the national employment policy. In the practical part of this thesis there are: the long-term unemployment in Nový Jičín district analyzed with respect to the problematic groups; the SWOT analysis of the district with identification of strengths and weaknesses and the evaluation of active and passive employment policy tools by influencing the local market.
