Abstract

The aim of the thesis was to analyze sales on the building materials market for company Raab Karcher in Opava and find out what shortcomings customers perceive in terms of sale at this sales office. Partial aim was to determine how different segments of customers and range of goods participace in the turnover. Based on the findings then suggest solutions to eliminate these imperfections.
