Abstract
The thesis is focused on analyzing of employees' remuneration system in the VÍTKOVICE MACHINERY GROUP. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze current system of employees' remuneration and provide recommendations that could improve the system. These recommendations should partially result from a survey performed in the company.
