Abstract

The main aim of the thesis is to improve the selected process in the manufacturing company. The theoretical part will explain the basic concepts such as quality, process and also the tools and methods of quality that will be used in the practical part. The next chapter is devoted to the characteristics of Schaeffler Kysuce, spol. s.r.o. In the practical part, the analysis of the current state of the selected process will be performed. In this section, based on applying the FMEA method and other quality tools and techniques, the current state of the selected process is identified. The final part of the thesis is designed to improve the process and increase customer satisfaction.
