Koncepce Kaizen – klíč k ekonomickému úspěchu

Abstract

A content of this thesis is Kaizen – a key to the economical success. The theoretical part is focused on the Kaizen history, kanban implementation within the company, basics of Gemba-house and benefits resulting from Kaizen methodology. Benefits of this methodology are described in detail in the practical part of the thesis. This practical part describes the kanban principle on the factual project of a ROS company. The main aim of this thesis was to prove the Kaizen functionality in practice and to eliminate the wasting within all phases of the process and this aim has been reached.
