Řízení o přestupcích ve Statutárním městě Frýdek-Místek v letech 2010 - 2012

Abstract

This submitted diploma thesis is based on offence proceedings. The aim of the theoretical part is to provide a comprehensive evaluation of concepts relating to the processing of issues and also provides a complete description of the actual course of the proceedings maintained by the administrative authority.The practical part is focused on the processing of statistical data on the proceedings for offences against public order, civil cohabitation, property, alcohol and drug addiction in the statutory scope of Frydek-Místek.The period covered the years 2010 to 2012. An essential part of this thesis is the final chapter devoted to proposed recommendations.The aim of these proposals is to increase the effectiveness of the management of offences which also includes the various departments involved.
