Abstract

The bachelor thesis on the topic "Company merger in the healthcare industry deals with the process of mergers of companies from an accounting and tax point of view. The theoretical part generally defines the merger projects, defines the types of mergers and the motive for their implementation. This part also deals with accounting and tax aspects of company merger in the Czech business environment. The practical part focuses on a detailed description of the transformation of the company A s.r.o. and the company B s.r.o. The final part analyzes the effectiveness of the merger and its impact on the economic situation of the company.
