Supervisor of the bachelor’s thesis: Ing. Miroslav Mochnacký The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the preparation of project documentation for an apartment building in Ostrava. The documentation is processed at the level of design for building permit (DSP) in accordance with Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on construction documentation, as amended. The thesis includes a technical report, drawing documentation, thermal-technical assessment of the envelope structures according to ČSN 73 0540-2:2020 ed. 2 [4], acoustic assessment of building elements in accordance with ČSN 73 0532:2020 [5], and a structural design of a reinforced concrete beam according to ČSN EN 1991-1-1 [6] and ČSN EN 1992-1-1 [7]. The proposed building is a four-storey, non-basement residential building based on a monolithic reinforced concrete frame structure with reinforced concrete floor slabs (thickness 250 mm). The building is covered with a flat green roof and consists of eight residential units, distributed across two identical typical floors. The ground floor includes technical rooms, a stroller room, cleaning room, storage cubicles, and indoor garage spaces. The design allows for partial accessibility and barrier-free use.
