Abstract

Business plan forms the basis of the business. It is a written document describing all external and internal factors related to the business. For the enterprise it is an important tool for planning and control. The subject of the thesis is processing company business plan SORTING Solutions Ltd., which aims to expand his pilot product for East Asian markets. The first part defines the theoretical basis, practical part consists of information about the company, product and standard analyzes needed for development of a business plan. Conclusion of Bachelor thesis contains a summary assessment of the objectives and benefits of the project for the company and its business strategy.
