Význam vojenských brownfields pro zimování živočichů

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis on the topic "The importance of military brownfields for the wintering of animals" deals with the issue of unused light fortifications, which can serve as a refugium or wintering ground for various species of animals. This work briefly describes the wintering strategy of selected orders of animals in underground spaces and interprets the description of brownfields and their categorization in more detail. From the category of specific brownfields, emphasis is placed on military fortifications, which are described in more detail as a potential refugium for animals. This work also contains a characteristic of selected locations and photo documentation with tables describing the frequency of selected representatives that occur at monitored locations in the area of the municipality of Chotěbuz and selected places around Opava.
