Analýza zásob a skladování

Abstract

Diploma Thesis introduces analysis of inventory and storage systems. Theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to description of meaning of stock, its clasification and management. Attention is brought also to the Kanban system, which is used by the company to bring the stock to manufacturing. In the practical part is the introduction of the company, in which the incoming stock analysis is done for particular production lines and focuses at actual stock level. This analysis evaluates efficiency of selected lines and finds causes why some lines don‘t fulfill targets of efficiency required by the company. Attention is brought also to ABC analysis and storage systems. Evaluation of current state and recommended suggestion for improvement of the problematic lines is resolved at the end of the thesis.
