Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with service offer comparision in the choosen fitness centres. The area of comparision covers sports activities. It is aimed at detection of differencies between the fitness centre and suggestion of appropriate competition enhancement recommendation for the fitness centre Bodyland. The emphasis is given to marketing communication. The benchmarking was choosen like the method for comparision companies.
