Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na digitalizaci a následné vytěžování dat z dokumentů. Je zde popsaný teoretický základ používaných technologií tak rovněž popis nejznámějších a nejpoužívanějších software vhodných pro tuto problematiku jak už celosvětově nebo na tuzemském trhu. Dále je popsán rozdíl mezi papírovou formou archivace a formou digitální ve firmě Třinecké železárny. V druhé části práce je popis zavedení konkretního software do firmy a ukázka tohoto systému v praxi.

This bachelor thesis is focused on digitization and subsequent extraction of data from documents. There described the theoretical basis of the technologies used as well as a description of the best known and most widely used software suitable for this problem all over the world or on the domestic market. Further described is a difference between paper form and in the form of digital archiving. The second part is a description from implementation of the particular software in the company and a demonstration of this system in practice.
