Místní provozní bezpečnostní předpis pro silniční dopravu v areálu obchodního centra

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose a local operational safety regulation for traffic management in an actual commercial centre in Ostrava. The first part of the theoretical section will focus on an analysis of the issues of road traffic safety, and its legislation in the Czech Republic in the field of safety. Afterwards, the gathered information will be compared with information on the same topic in another country. The second part of the theoretical section of this diploma thesis will be devoted to researching the internal regulations of the company, especially the local operational safety regulation. The last part of the theoretical section will be dedicated to the methodology of risk management, where the entire risk management process according to ČSN ISO 31 000 will be described, followed by risk assessment techniques according to ČSN EN IEC 31 010. The practical part of the diploma thesis will deal with the risk assessment process in an actual commercial centre, resulting in a list of evaluated risks that will be subsequently addressed. These proposed solutions to address the identified risks will be incorporated into the local operational safety regulation, which is the goal of this thesis.
