Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the competitiveness of the production company myonic s.r.o. In the theoretical part, the basic terms of business environment, competitiveness are defined and methods for evaluating the competitiveness of the company are defined. In the practical part the individual analyses are then applied to the selected company. These are Porter's five forces analysis, PEST analysis, financial ratio analysis, pairwise comparison method and SWOT analysis. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the competitiveness of the production company using each method and based on the information found, to propose and formulate recommendations for its improvement in the market.
