Komparace vybraných segmentů trhu práce České republiky a Nizozemí

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe the selected labour market segments in the Czech Rebublic and in the Netherlands and to evaluate a position of these two countries in the labour market of the European Union and to find out which of the selected countries achieves better results in this field. Diploma´s thesis is dividend in two parts – theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part into define basic terms referring to labour market and employment policy. The practical part is focused on analysis of the selected labour markets segments in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands. The comparison of both labour markets is done by analyzing, which is accompanied by suggestions and recommendations for improvement situation of both labour markets.
