Abstract

The aim of thesis is analysis of competitive electronics stores from the perspective of ordinary customer. The research was conducted through mystery shopping. The sample consisted of stores with identical size and range of goods within 10 km from Elektro Müller. The analytical part of the research results is supplemented by graphs. In conclusion there are presented suggestions and recommendations for the shop.
