Abstract

This master thesis deals with the creation of self-evaluation software for companies. The theoretical part discusses the issue of self-evaluation, describes its importance, risks, and benefits of the frameworks in which it can be done. The information system is designed and implemented with regard to these frameworks. Among them was chosen and described in detail EFQM Excellence Model, which is used for the practical test of the application in production environment of the selected organization. Development of self-evaluation is described and then evaluated in the analysis of collected data in the final part. Based on the data collection and outcomes of the evaluation was implemented and tested final reports module which summarizes found weaknesses and opportunities for improvements. Final report module will assist auditor in choosing appropriate recommendations and using artificial intelligence predicts their impact on future self-evaluation process in case of their implementation in a corporate environment.
