Hodnocení výkonnosti konkrétního podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení výkonnosti konkrétního podniku. Zvoleným podnikem je ŽDB GROUP a.s. Výkonnost je zkoumána pomocí metod finanční analýzy a jejich jednotlivých ukazatelů. Tato práce je strukturována na několik částí. První část se věnuje teorii, která je podkladem pro hodnocení výkonnosti podniku. Druhá část obsahuje praktické vyžití teoretických poznatků, jednotlivé propočty a grafické zobrazení výsledků. Třetí část se věnuje analýze výsledků a možnými návrhy a doporučeními. Po analýze výkonnosti společnosti ŽDB GROUP a.s. bylo zjištěno, že zdraví podniku je dobré, dosahuje nadprůměrné rentability v odvětví, je schopna včas splácet svoje závazky a to i přes vyšší míru zadluženosti. Podnik by měl i nadále zajistit stejný odbyt své výroby a zaměřit se i na nové trhy.

The aim of this work is to assess the efficiency of ŽDB GROUP Inc. in the business environment. In order to achieve this goal, financial analysis and its specific variables associated with this topic are applied. The report is structured to three parts. The first part is dedicated to the theory that is crucial to understanding of business efficiency. This theory is subsequently supported by presenting relevant data in the second part including necessary calculations and graphs. The third part is an appraisal of the final results accompanied by possible recommendations and proposals. The findings of this paper prove that ŽDB GROUP Inc. is currently performing well with above average profits in the industry. Despite the high level of debt, the quality of the cash flow provides the business with an important ability to sustain and service its commitments without difficulty. Therefore, in the long term, ŽDB GROUP Inc. is expected to keep the demand for its products high as well as expand to other markets.
