Pracovní postup pro bezpečné provádění prací ve výškách při ošetřování stromů arboristickými technikami

Abstract

The submitted bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of arboricultural activities using tree climbing techniques. In the theoretical part, it introduces the field of arboriculture, describes tree climbing techniques and the personal protective equipment used. The work in other parts analyses the anchoring of arboriculture in the legislative framework of the Czech Republic and compares the Czech regulation for work at heights and above free depth with the equivalent regulation of Great Britain. It also deals with technical documents of branch organizations and their recommendations beyond the scope of legal regulations. In the practical part, the work deals with the assessment and treatment of risks at a model workplace and the elaboration of a proposal for a work procedure for performing a health cut using treeclimbing techniques. The attachment of the thesis is a prepared draft of a general checklist used to verify the fulfilment of the obligations necessary for starting work.
