Abstract
The diploma thesis is focused on the comparative study. It compares the procedures for training rescue teams and crisis teams. The thesis describes the system of rescue units and crisis teams in the Czech Republic and the Republic of Poland, and a comparative study describing the differences in the practices of preparation of exercises.
