Komparace výkonnosti vybraných podílových fondů a vlastního akciového portfolia

Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis is aimed on comparing chosen shared funds and ones own stock portfolio. The first part of this thesis is concentrated on clarifying the theory that applies to the basic princip of collective and individual investing. Firstly, there are descriptions of the basic princips following the pros and cons of both types of investments. The end of this chapter is focused on the characterization of entities for collective and individual investing. The next chapter contains the attributes of each ivesting company and chosen shared funds that these companies hold. Furthermore, this chapter also characterizes concrete stock from my personal stock portfolio that I handle, there are also explanations of reasons why I chose each specific fund. The last part of this thesis contains the comparison of chosen shared funds and to be specific the ČSOB Český Akciový (PX), NN (L) Global High Dividend X Cap, KB Privátní správa aktiv 5D, Top Stocks that were modeled by the way I proceeded in business in my stock portofolio. The comparison includes the differences between their efficency, expensivness, liquidity and the hight of risk that the investor undergoes.
