Strategická analýza výrobného podniku

Abstract

Currently, businesses must constantly adapt to many changes. Dynamic environment is accelerating, and so the management company must permanently focus on the analysis of the company. This work is focused on strategic analysis of the manufacturing company using PESTLE Analysis, Porter five forces model and analysis of internal resources and capabilities of the company through financial analysis. Conclusions partial analyzes are evaluated using SWOT analysis. The work offers suggestions and recommendations for future strategic direction and development of the company.
