Zhodnocení vlivu změny technologie výroby na produkci vybraného podniku

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to find out what effect the change in production technology and the expected development of input prices will have on the company's economy. This knowledge should be used to create scenarios for the development of the company and its consolidation or improvement of its position in the current market. The first part of the thesis mentions the theoretical and methodological basis for evaluating the company from an economic point of view. It also contains theoretical knowledge from the analysis of the company and these are used to further describe the conditions in the company. The third part of the work concerns the calculation of differential and ratio indicators and their interpretation in terms of recommendations and future direction of the company. From these it can be concluded that the year 2020 was challenging for the company and the production volume was rather weaker, which was certainly reflected in the coronavirus situation in the Czech Republic. In the practical part of this BP, two options were addressed to change the technology to use a better input and estimate the future development of operating profit. Changes in the cost of costs such as paper, glue, overhead or energy costs were included. The results of this BP serve the company to set goals for the future, as an aid in drawing up the company's strategic plan and as an evaluation of the family business.
