Revitalizace bytového domu

Abstract

Diploma thesis is dealing with a design of revitalization of apartment building and with an assessment of original and newly designed state. Design of reconstruction includes also solution of wheelchair entrance to the house and to each apartment. There are evaluated partial constructions and details from the point of view of thermal technology including a determination of indicators of energy performance of the building. Part of the project is also evaluation of newly designed heat source with the use of renewable energy sources. There is also made evaluation of daylight in selected apartment and soundproofing between housing walls. Diploma thesis includes item budget and total economic evaluation of investment and operating costs.
