Návrh zábavního parku, Slezská Ostrava

Abstract

Hlavným predmetom bakalárskej práce je vytipovanie vhodnej lokality pre areál zábavného parku na území Slezskej Ostravy a jeho prijateľný urbanistický návrh s ohľadom na širšie vzťahy a limity územia. Práca má charakter urbanistickej štúdie, ktorá obsahuje grafickú aj textovú časť. V textovej časti sú uvedené potrebné teoretické východiská pre daný návrh, história a popis súčasného stavu riešeného územia vrátane vlastníckych vzťahov. Samotný návrh tvoria dve varianty nového riešenia areálu, sú posúdené SWOT analýzou a výhodnejšia z variant je spracovaná podrobne. Riešený je návrh zelene, využívaných objektov, technickej infraštruktúry s potrebnými výpočtami a prepočet ekonomických nákladov na realizáciu vhodnej varianty. Vo výkresovej časti sú spracované informácie k aktuálnemu stavu územia a potrebné výkresy k realizácií a prevádzke zábavného parku.

The main subject of the thesis is to identify suitable location for the area an amusement park in Slezska Ostrava, it`s acceptable urban design with respect to broader relations and territorial limits. The work has the character of the urban study, which includes graphical and textual part. The text section provides the necessary theoretical basics for the design, history and description of the current condition of the area, including property ownership. The scheme itself consists of two variants of the new complex solutions, that are assessed by SWOT analysis and preferred variant is elaborated in details. The better solution is determining the green levels, all useful buildings, the technical infrastructure with required calculations and economical analysis for this appropriate option. In the part with drawings are all information of current stading the zone and necessary information for building and operating an amusement park.
