dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se věnuje využití metodiky systému benchmarkingu pro hodnocení úrovně systému environmentálního managementu dle ISO 14001 v jednotlivých pivovarech skupiny Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. Teoretická část popisuje východiska a obsah metodiky benchmarkingu. V praktické části je pozornost věnována identifikaci oblastí, které budou podrobeny benchmarkingové analýze, sběru dat a stanovování kvantifikovatelných kritérií, včetně podrobné analýzy stanovených normativních oblastí. Závěr je věnován definování slabých a silných stránek a přehledu návrhů ke zlepšení.cs
dc.description.abstractThis diploma thesis is dedicated to the use of benchmarking methodology to assess the standard of the environmental management system according to ISO 14001 in the breweries of Plzeňský Prazdroj, a. s. The theoretical part describes basis and contents of the benchmarking methodology. The practical part identifies the areas that will be the subject of a benchmarking analysis, data capture and definition of quantifiable criteria, including a detailed analysis of defined normative areas. The conclusion identifies strengths and weaknesses and provides suggestions for improvement.en
