Abstract

The master’s thesis deals with the land-use study of a detached houses development in the locality “Na Zelince” in Lipník nad Bečvou. The first part of the master’s thesis summarizes the legislative and technical knowledge of urbanism and housing development in villages and small towns. It is also mentioned the issue of satellite areas. In the second part of the master’s thesis the land-use study of a detached houses development is worked out, including a proposal needed public facilities and public spaces. Undergound utilities and transport services are also solved in the area. 51 family houses and a department store are proposed in the locality based on the survey of residents. The adjacent shooting range is soundproofed by a natural mound.
