Abstract

The thesis deals with study: Possibilities removal of iron using on the peach stones. The first part of the solution to the current state of research in Biosorption, sorption processes and biosorption and the factors that affect it, or a description of selected biosorbents a member.

The second part is devoted to experimental study. Among the detected conditions were grain size biosorbents, time kinetics and pH. The best condition proved grain size > 0,5 mm, the activation time 20 minutes and pH 5. On the basis of these results were processed and Frendlichův Langmuir model. The best model has proven Langmuir model, because the correlation factor close to 1, therefore, its value was 0,998. In comparison with Freundlichovým model, which showed correlation factor 0,7124, it is not suitable for the description removal iron peach stones.
