Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to assess players' remuneration systems as a source of motivation in the field of work - sport performance at various hockey levels in the Czech Republic. The data were processed using interview methods, where open and closed questions were asked, howewer the current situation in connection with the epidemy Covid - 19 do not allowed results of this research completed in the expected quality and term, so several interviews were made through web applications. The research found that hockey clubs are in the hockey environment for decades and they work well, but current world and people are changing every day, so it is important that they should adapt to the latest trends, including the field of remuneration. Recommend from this work is, that clubs should focus on the remuneration systém, systems of benefits, bonuses and communication of players with the club and the schema_dspacedb. All these aspects could motivate players much more for their work - sports performances.
