Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to suggest the changes in a technological process of the aggregates of stones preparation so that a final product would match the valid norms and especially to satisfy the terms and conditions for a corresponding shape index. The thesis offers several variants of solving a convertor lines renewal, where are combined the new trends in preparation with modernizing and the particular prime and secondary junctions renewal, as well as it includes a suggestion of the mobile converter lines using. The intention of the author is to find the best possible solution at production of the high - quality aggregates of stones with excellent shape index considering economics and ecological improvement of workplaces states. The changes description is concerned a quarry Pohled and Bílý Kámen, which belongs to Českomoravský štěrk, a.s company.
