Analýza motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The bachelor´s thesis deals with topic of employee motivation in a chosen company called Agra Group a.s. The goal of a thesis is to define basic concepts of motivation and then to analyze motivational tools within the chosen firm. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part aims at clarifying the basic concepts of motivation. The practical part consist of questionnaire survey. Its aim is to examine employee motivation. Based on which, there are some changes as well as recommendations suggested to improve employee motivation.
