Aplikace statistických metod při stanovení obsahu amoniaku ve vodě

Abstract

This Bachelor work deals with an applications of simples statistical and graphical methods to compare the data previously obtained the necessary two methods for detecting ammonia in industrial waters and methods of distillation and spectrophotometric in chemical laboratories. The aim and significance bachelors work is defined in the introduction. The main part of work is fourth chapter, in which there was used some simple statistical and graphical methods, calculations are used to determine the normality of data, significance differences between the two sampling averages and the determination of outliers. In The conclusion work are mentioned outcome and summary of the statistical and graphical methods and are analyzed context, the links and differences between data from distillation and spectrophotometric methods.
