Analýza ekonomicko-právních rizik ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to identify the economic and legal risks of the selected company through the methods of strategic analysis. The first part is devoted to the theoretical area, that determines the very concept of risk, risk classification and also the risk analysis. The theoretical part also introduces the tools used for the risk identification. The presented tools will be applied in the practical part. The second part of the thesis is devoted to the practical area, which includes a description of the selected company ABC and all the steps of economic and legal risks in the company ABC. Based on the result of the risk analysis, countermeasures are recommended to ABC company, which can be implemented to achieve greater resistance to external and internal risks.
