Měření spokojenosti se sportovním vyžitím ve městě

Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá meraním spokojnosti so športovým vyžitím v meste Čadca. Jej cieľom bolo zistiť spokojnosť obyvateľov s ponukou športových služieb. Práca sa skladá z teoretickej a praktickej časti. V teoretickej časti je popísaný marketingový mix služieb a športu, spokojnosť zákazníkov a jej meranie. Je tu aj charakteristika mesta a jednotlivých športových klubov. Praktická časť je venovaná dotazníkovému šetreniu. Dotazovania sa zúčastnili obyvatelia mesta Čadca a jeho okolia. V závere sa nachádzajú návrhy a odporúčania, ktoré vznikli na základe výsledkov analýzy.

The bachelor thesis is dealing with the measuration of satisfaction with the sports utilization in the city of Čadca. It´s goal was to find out the satisfaction of people with the biddings of sports services. The work is compound of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the marketing mix of biddings and sports, satisfaction of customers and it´s measuration is described. There is also the characteristic of the city and individual sport clubs. Practical part is devoted to questionary investigation. The people of Čadca and enxironment were concerned in this questionary investigation. In the summary the bidds and recommendations which were arised on the ground of analysis results are found.
