Hodnocení efektivnosti reálné investice

Abstract

Investiční rozhodování patří mezi nejvýznamnější druhy firemních rozhodnutí. Náplní investičního rozhodování je přijetí či zamítnutí jednotlivých investičních projektů, které firma připravila. Úkolem bakalářské práce je hodnocení efektivnosti reálné investice. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem metodiky investičního rozhodování. V druhé části bude představena společnost spolu s popisem samotné investice. Poslední část hodnotí investici z pohledu nezadlužené a zadlužené firmy a na základě vyčíslení peněžních příjmů a následné stanovení statických i dynamických kritérií bude projekt zhodnocen.

Investment decisions are among the most important kinds of business decisions. The aim of the investment decision-making is the acceptance or rejection of individual investment projects that the company has prepared. The task of the thesis is evaluation of the real investment efficiency. The theoretical part describes the methodology of investment decision. In second part will be presented the company together with the description of investment. The last part values the investment in terms of debt and debt-free company and based on the calculation of cash receipts and determination of static and dynamic criteria the project will be assessed.
