Abstract

The main task of this thesis is a development of the project documentation relating to the construction implementation of the Pharmaceutical Research Institute in Zacler. The final documentation has been preceded by the urbane solution of the area and by a description of main principles of the Pharmaceutical Institute construction. The first part deals with the work. The second part is devoted to the actual text of the documentation for the project execution according to Decree No. 499/2006. Required construction drawings are prepared in accordance to the above-mentioned ordinances and show 2D and 3D solutions of the proposed construction.

This work deals with the manufacturing facility. Using the information gained from studying of this type of construction and building technologies that we have now available, it has been possible to design the unique space in order to meet the individual needs of the pharmaceutical research industry.
