Dopady vybraných legislativních změn ve vodním zákoně na uživatele

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to prepare a comprehensive overview of the impact of legislative changes to the Water Act and related implementing regulations on the operation of wells, boreholes, cesspools, septic tanks and domestic sewage treatment plants. The first part of the final thesis is devoted to the Water Act and related regulations with a focus on selected legislative changes in the latest amendment to the Water Act. The next part of the final thesis lists the state administration bodies supervising compliance with legal regulations related to water management in the Czech Republic. There are in the next part wells, boreholes, cesspools, septic tanks and domestic sewage treatment plants individually analyzed in connection with the legal regulation of their construction and use and evaluation of operating costs in comparison with the construction of individual facilities. At the end of this final work is the evaluation of the goals of the thesis.
