Abstract

Subject of this thesis is to analyze the current state of employee training and development of VaK Přerov a.s. The research was incorporated THP,workers and laboratory technicians. The theoretical part with the help of literature describes and defines the basic terms of training and staff development. The practical part focuses on the analysis of state education and development of society through a written questionnaire. Results of the research proposals and recommendations which are intended to improve the state of education and staff development.
