Purpose of this bachelor work is to discover inadequacies of the current state of motivation in Co. MACH-TĚSNĚNÍ spol. s r.o. and to propose changes for improvement of this current state. In introducing theoretical part, I focused on explanation and development of terms quality and motivation, which represent the basic foundation stone of the whole bachelor work. Practical part brings the basic information about the company, its structure and current analysis of motivation elements and plans. Integrated part is also questionnaire and associated analysis prepared by me, which leads to the proposal and recommendations for other improvement of company employees' motivation.
