Abstract

Abstract The bachelor thesis aims at analysing the current situation of the company Office House in the market and at stating suggestions and recommendations to improve the company´s competitiveness and efficiency. The first chapter characterizes the principal terms such as competition, company´s efficiency, competitiveness marketing, situation analysis, Porter´s model and SWOT analysis. The second chapter introduces the company Office House. The third chapter analyzes the company Office House based on situation analysis, Porter´s model and SWOT analysis. The final chapter "Suggestions and Recommendations" deals with recommendations and suggestions for the company.
