Sběr dat o poloze elektrických zařízení pro účely aktualizace dat GIS pro Západoslovenskou energetiku

Abstract

Práce se zabývá sběrem a aktualizací dat pomocí technologie GNSS a RTK měření pro účely GIS. Obsah práce je rozdělen do tematických kapitol. V první části práce jsem se věnoval historii a vzniku GIS v Západoslovenské energetice a také technologii systému GNSS její základní struktuře a principům metod určení polohy pro sběr dat. Ve druhé části jsem se zaměřil na metody a přístroje použijte pro sběr dat. V praktické části jsem provedl zaměření a určení objektů NN napěťové úrovně s popisem vybrané lokality. V další části jsem zpracoval výsledky měření a porovnal přesnosti dosažené použitými přístroji. V závěru práce jsem zapracoval shromážděné údaje do prostředí GIS a vytvořil výstupní mapu.

The thesis is dealing with the collection and data update using GNSS technology and RTK measurement for GIS purposes. The content of the thesis is divided into thematic chapters. In the first part of thesis i dealt with history and the creation of GIS at ZSE and GNSS technology also with its basic structure and with the principle of positioning methods for data collection. In the second part i focused on methods and tools for using data collection. In the practical part I have conducted focus and determination of objects Low Voltage (LV) level with the description of the selected location. In the next part i had processed the measurement results and after that i compared the accuracy achieved with the used devices. In the thesis conclusion i had integrated the collected data into GIS environment and after that i created the output map.
