Analýza vhodnosti rozmístění zásob v distribučním centru

Abstract

The content of the bachelor thesis " Analysis of Inventory Location Suitability in a Distribution Centre" is the analysis of slow and highperformenced goods in a distribution centre of Kaufland, v. o. s. The teoretical part is focused on describing basic concepts and theory. The practical part deals with the analysis of goods picking with interest to storage place in the warehouse. The results of the analysis is significant to analyze deficiencies in the storage of goods. Finally, the procedure was reviewed, including recommendations how to eliminate errors in the future.
