Vývoj metody sledování nákladů přípravy formovacích směsí a její využití pro jejich redukci

Abstract

Předkládaná disertační práce shrnuje výsledky a poznatky získané v průběhu doktorského studia. Práce je zaměřena na problematiku stanovení nákladů na přípravu formovacích směsí (bentonitové, samotvrdnoucí a chemicky tvrzené formovací směsi) a jejich následné řízení v podmínkách českých sléváren. Disertační práce je rozdělená na část teoretickou, která mimo jiné obsahuje analýzu dostupných poznatků týkajících se přístupů ke stanovování nákladové náročnosti jednotlivých fází výroby odlitků a jejich kritické zhodnocení. V praktické části jsou uvedeny cíle disertační práce, vyvinutí metodiky pro stanovení nákladů přípravy formovacích směsí, získané výsledky a jejich diskuse.

Presented dissertation thesis summarizes results and knowledge gained during the PhD study. The work is aimed at problems of determining the costs of moulding mixtures (bentonite, self-hardening, and chemically hardened ones) preparation and their following control in conditions of Czech foundries. Dissertation thesis is divided in a theoretical part containing among others the analysis of available knowledge relating to approaches to determinations of costingness of individual phases of casting manufacture and their critical evaluation. In the practical part the dissertation thesis targets, development of the methodology for determination of costs of moulding mixtures preparation, obtained results and their discussion are given.
