Optimalizace procesu zahrdlování a uzavírání den tvářením za tepla bezešvých ocelových lahví a tlakových nádob

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with necking and end-closing of hot-formed semi-finished products on special single-purpose equipment used for the production of seamless steel cylindes for technical, medical, inert and other gases, pressure vessels and accumulator bodies. The main goals of the diploma thesis are to optimize the production of semi-finished products of seamless steel cylinders and pressure vessels by hot forming necking and end-closing at Vitkovice Cylinders a. s. The optimization of the current throating process and its sebsequent modification by the method of reverse engineering shloud be used for optimization. The obtained operating data nad technology parameters will be analyzed in detail. In addition to the above, the work presents and compares the various methods of technology used for end-closing, necking and manufacturers of these devices. The technology differs both in the types of tools used and the number of forming steps performer, as well as the production capacity.
