Návrh projektu počítačové učebny na základní škole

Abstract

This thesis deals with project management in the field of computers and information technology. The main goal of this thesis is to design the project for the reconstruction computer labs at primary school. To meet the primary school requirements for the classroom reconstruction, it is important to determine a few necessary steps and operations which help in making decision. They mainly include the preparation of logical framework, selecting suitable strategies, SWOT analysis, WBS, Gantt chart and designing of the potential risks and the measurements for their elimination. One of the most significant parts of the thesis is multi-criteria analysis which includes four possible variants. They show how the new computer labs could look like. On the base of the school requirement, the criteria and the potential risks, there will be used steps and procedures (evaluation utility, evaluation risk) which help to find the most optimal variant in this analysis.
