Abstract
This bachelor thesis is dedicated to improvement of vibration welding process for rear combination lamp of Ford Fiesta. Thesis mentions specific activities related to continuous improvement on project running in serial production, where it is vital to react accordingly to ever changing customer requirements for production volumes and changes in delivered product with the least intervention into running processes.
Crossed ANOVA methodics and its contribution for R&R study under MSA, comparison of two samples „before and after“ process step and methodics used for comparison of lamp parts coming from various origins entering the vibration welding, are described in theoretical chapters of this thesis.
Finally these methodics are applied on running production process in the practical part of the thesis with emphasis on finding viable solutions for current process.
